Initial humidifier operation failed.
Probable Cause Remedy Reference
Initial humidifier operation failed? Perform initial humidifier operation from the
menu after confirming the following two points. If
the problem persists, contact your dealer.
①Make sure that the amount of water in the
tank and the installation height of the tank are
appropriate.
②Check if there are any problems with the
piping from the water supply section (pure
water equipment and tank), such as
disconnected tubing or forgetting to open the
main faucet. If you supply water from a tank,
make sure it is a new tube.
