12.1 Servicing the air intake lter
Toprotectthepilotvalveandactuator,thepilotairisltered.
Airowsthroughtheairintakelterfrominsidetooutsidethroughthelterfabricinitspre-installedstate.
DANGER!
Riskofinjuryifnotmaintainedcorrectly.
Onlytrainedandqualiedpersonnelmayperformmaintenance.
Perform maintenance with suitable tools only.

Riskofinjuryfromhighpressureanddischargeofmedium.
Beforeworkingonthedeviceorsystem,switchothepressure.Ventordrainlines.
Unclampthepush-inconnectorbypressingthecollet,thenpullouttheairintakelter.Ifnecessary,use
asuitabletoolbetweentherecessesintheheadoftheairintakelter.
Clearor(ifappropriate)replacethelter.
Check the intside O-ring and clean if necessary.
Pushtheairintakelterintothepush-inconnectorasfarasitwillgo.
Ensurethattheairintakelterissecurelyseated.
