Translation of the Original Operating Manual

Discharging the fodder requires that the dosing
gate (3) be opened with the auger running and that
any connected conveyor belt (optional) be switched
on.
1. Dismiss all persons from the danger area of the
machine.
2. Keep animals away from the danger area of the
machine.
3. Set the “Mix/Deliver” selector switch at the con-
trol switch cabinet to the “Deliver” position (see
chapter “Operating elements and controls”,
page 52).
4. Open the block ball valve (2).
o Position vertical = open
o Position horizontal = closed
5. Set the “1” selector switch at the control switch
cabinet to the “On” position (see chapter
“Operating elements and controls”, page 52).
The start-up warning will beep for 10 seconds
before the mixing auger starts up.
The dosing gate opens. Automatic opening will
stop at the opening width at which the sensor (1)
has been installed.
The conveyor belt starts.
The mixing auger slowly revs up to the preset
speed.
To prevent overload, the mixing auger will rotate
in the opposite direction for 2 seconds during
start-up.
The discharge process starts.
6. To end the discharge process:
o Option 1:
Once the mixing hopper has been emptied
completely, the machine including all of its
functions will switch off automatically.
o Option 2:
If you wish to stop the discharge before the
mixing hopper is emptied completely, set
the “1” selector switch at the control switch
cabinet to the “Off” position (see chapter
“Operating elements and controls“,
page 52). The machine including all of its
functions switches off.
The discharge process has ended.
