When installing and removing hydraulic hose lines, it is imperative that you observe the
following instructions:
Use only hydraulic hose lines supplied by the manufacturer.
Pay attention to cleanliness.
Hydraulic hose lines must be installed in such a way that, in all operating conditions:
o there is no tensile stress except that caused by the hoses' own weight,
o there is no stress from compression on shorter hose lines,
o there is no mechanical impact on hydraulic hose lines.
Make sure that hydraulic hose lines cannot rub against components or against
one another by arranging and fastening them properly. Protect hydraulic hose
lines with protective sleeves if necessary. Cover sharp-edged components.
o the bending radii are not below the permissible parameters.
Select the size of the hydraulic hose line connected to moving parts in such a way
that:
o the bending radius is not below the smallest permissible bending radius in the en-
tire area of movement,
o the tensile load on the hydraulic hose line is not outside the permissible parame-
ters.
Fasten the hydraulic hose lines at the designated attachment points. Avoid any addi-
tional hose brackets which impair the natural movement and length adjustment of the
hydraulic hose lines.
It is prohibited to refinish hydraulic hose lines.
