An oil change requires approx. 1.6 liters of type
SAE 80/85 oil (API GL5, VG 150). Only perform an oil
change when the oil has reached its operating tempera-
ture. The operating temperature is approx. 30°C-40°C.
1. Switch off the motor and secure against inadvertent
restarting.
2. Place a collecting pan under the gear unit (capacity
approx. 5 liters).
3. Unscrew the oil drain plug (2) (not shown) on the
gear unit.
4. Wait until no more oil runs out of the oil drain screw.
5. Screw in the oil drain plug (2) and firmly tighten it
(use a suitable sealant).
6. Unscrew the venting screw (1) on the gear unit.
7. Fill in 1.6 liters of gear oil via the venting screw (1).
8. Screw in the venting screw (1) and firmly tighten it
(use a suitable sealant).
