7.3 Maintenance schedule – overview
Only perform the maintenance after reaching the appointed time!
The times, continuous services or maintenance intervals of any third party documen-
tation are given priority.
General visual inspection and function check
for the first time after
100 h
then every 1,000 h
Check oil level and refill if necessary.
Fan outlet at the switch cabinet
Visual inspection and cleaning if necessary.
General visual inspection and check of the helix thick-
ness (at least 5 mm).
Inspect and resharpen or replace as necessary.
Container wall and base plate
General visual inspection and check of wall thickness
(base plate, at least 10 mm; container wall, at least
4 mm).
