traffic‐statistic：Command is used to configuration ACL statistics for specify the discharge port
and make it take effect. When you need to use the ACL rules on port traffic statistics, you can use
this command.
no traffic‐statistic：Command is used to cancel the ACL traffic statistics of the specified port.
When you need to delete the ACL traffic statistics of the specified port, you can use this
command.
