NOTE:
How to output a cartridge log print
• For users (simplified): Service mode > CRGMNG GR. > PRINT (USER)
• For service technicians (detailed): Service mode > CRGMNG GR. > PRINT (SERVICE)
Do not provide users with the cartridge log print for service technicians because it contains detailed information that are not
disclosed to end users.
- Replacement logs
The record of replacement and usage of cartridges will be printed. Just after the cartridge has been replaced with a genuine
cartridge or when a non-genuine cartridge is used, accurate information cannot be obtained and a random or approximate value
may be printed. The remaining lives of some of the parts are not supported depending on the model.

(2) Type Cartridge type (C0: Unknown, C1: Genuine, C2 to C8: Non-genuine)
(3) Capacity Cartridge capacity (Display according to the amount of toner filled)
(4) Date and time first used Date and time first used

(5) Level Cartridge remaining life at first usage (New: 100 %)
(S2) Toner *1 Toner level at first usage (New: 100%, Indefinite: -%)
(S3) Drum *1 Drum remaining life at first usage (New: 100%, Indefinite: -%)
(S4) Developing *1 Developing Assembly remaining life at first usage (New: 100%, Indefinite: -%)
(6) Date and time last used Date and time last used
(S5) Page count *1 Cartridge page count at last usage
(7) Level Cartridge remaining life at last usage (New: 100 %)
(S6) Toner *1 Toner level at last usage (New: 100%, Indefinite: -%)
(S7) Drum *1 Drum remaining life at last usage (New: 100%, Indefinite: -%)
(S8) Developing *1 Developing Assembly remaining life at last usage (New: 100%, Indefinite: -%)
*1: S1 to S8 are printed only on prints for service technicians.
- Number of detections of non-genuine cartridge / Page count of non-genuine cartridge
When a non-genuine cartridge is installed, it is classified as a cartridge type C2 to C8 according to the reason for judging it non-
genuine, and the number of detections of each type and the number of pages printed with the cartridge installed are recorded.
