toUCH= (Key Touch Sensitivity)
The Key Touch Sensitivity sets the minimum number of milliseconds the key must be touched
before the key press is acted upon.
Press the TARE key to show the current status of this feature. If the setting displayed is
acceptable, press the TARE key again to save it.
Otherwise, use the Fn/ and UNITS/ keys to enter a new setting (0 to 255) and press
the TARE key to store the new setting.
