12. MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Authorized Distributor.
Printer timeout
The printer does not respond due
to software errors.
Try to turn off and restart the
cardiograph.
Unknown printer driver
error
Unforeseen printer error. The cause
is unknown.
Try to turn off and restart the
cardiograph.
Depleted battery
Battery is below 30% related
charge.
Connect the cardiograph to an AC power
source and recharge it.
Electrode fail: list of
leads in fail
One or more leads are
disconnected.
Check all the leads and make sure they
are all connected. If the problem is not
solved try a new patient cable. If the
problem still persists contact Cardioline or
an Authorized Distributor.
Unable to save
Configuration data
The system can’t save changes to
settings and configuration due to a
failure in the SD card or other
software issues.
Try a hardware shutdown. If the problem
persists contact Cardioline or an
Authorized Distributor.
Communication errors
Cannot run command
Communication can’t start due to a
software error.
Contact Cardioline or an Authorized
Distributor.
Cannot write file
The device cannot save the work
list due to an error in the internal
memory.
Try to connect the cardiograph to a PC via
USB and format the storage device
(device memory will be completely
erased). If the problem persists contact
Cardioline or an Authorized Distributor.
Cannot read file to
send
Error in opening the file to send.
Try to restart the device. If the problem
persists contact Cardioline or an
Authorized Distributor.
Cannot connect
Impossible to connect to the server
for an unknown network error.
Contact your IT administrator to check for
the network.
Remote service not
found
The server is reachable but the
service is not running.
Contact your IT administrator and check
that the Connection String set on the
cardiograph is correct. If the string is
correct, ask your IT administrator to check
if services are running on the server. If the
problem persist contact Cardioline or an
Authorized Distributor.
Remote host not found
The server cannot be reached.
Contact your IT administrator and check
that the server is on and reachable.
If the problem persist contact Cardioline
or an Authorized Distributor.
Connection failed:
Authorization denied
Username and password are not
correct.
Try to retype username and password.
Make sure capital letters are used
appropriately (check that cap-lock is not
active).
