Preventingriskscausedbyvibrations
Themachine'svibrationaffectsthecomfortandinsomecasesthehealthandsafetyoftheoperator.
Toreducevibrationriskstoaminimum:
1.Makesurethatthemachine,theequipmentandthetoolaresuitablefortheworktobecarriedout.
2.Makesurethatthemachineisingoodconditionandthatservicingintervalsarecompliedwith.
3.Checktheshoetensionadjustmentandtheplayinequipmentlinkages.
4.Makesurethattheoperator'sseatandisadjustmentcontrolsareingoodconditionandthenadjusttheseatto
suittheoperator'ssizeandweight.
Theoperator'sseatcomplieswiththeISO7096,2000standard,EM6class.
Duringwork:
1.Operateallcontrolsgraduallytoensuresmoothmachineoperation.
2.Modifythemachine'soperationtosuittheworkingconditions.
3.Duringtravel,adjustthemachine'sspeed,reducingitifnecessary.
4.Makesurethatthemachine'soperatingradiusisingoodcondition,andfreeofobstaclesandholes.

1.Nevertrytoweldorstraightenuptheprotectivestructure.(ROPS,FOPS,OPG)
2.Donotmodifytheprotectivestructureinanyway.
Anymodication,suchaswelding,drilling,cutting,additionofaccessories,aswellasdamagesufferedfollowing
animpactreducestheprotectionthatitprovides.
Replacetheprotectivestructureifithassufferedanimpactanddonotattempttorepairit.
3.Incorrectinspectionorserviceworkoftheprotectivestructuremayleadtoseriousinjury.
Carryoutinspectionoperationsoftheprotectivestructuregiveninthismanual.
Iftheprotectivestructureoritscomponentsneedtobereplaced,useonlythosepartsthatarelistedinthespare
partscataloguecorrespondingtoyourmachine.
Quickcoupler(option)
1.Neverattempttoswitchthecontrolswitchtotheunlockpositionwiththemachineoperating.
2.Everytimethebucketisinstalledonthequickcoupler,alwaysclosethebucketandraisetheattachmentsothat
youcanvisuallycheckifthebucketpinisproperlyengagedwiththefasteninghook.
3.Whenthequickcouplerisinstalled,theworkrangeofthemachinechanges.
Dependingonthepositionoftheattachment,thetoolmayinterferewiththemachine.
Alwaysmaintainthesafetydistance.
4.Absolutelydonotusethefrontorrearfasteningpointforinstallingtheattachmenttothequickcouplertoperform
theloadhandlingwork.
