10. Remove the plenum as outlined below.
10.1. Pull the red pins located on the sides of the attenuator away from the attenuator.
10.2. Place hands beneath the plenum and pull straight up. If the vessel lost pressure during the vessel fail-
ure, the plenum will be discarded but rst must be neutralized. Place the plenum into the containment
bin.
11. To prevent contamination, remove gloves and replace with new gloves.
12. Remove the attenuator and spill cup from the cavity as outlined below.
12.1. Remove the interlock cover.
