2. Remove the ground lug from the pedestal using a 7/16
in wrench. Save the screws to reinstall later.
3. Connect the ground wire from the service wiring to the
ground lug.
4. Run the ground wires from the ground lug through the
wiring opening in the front of the pedestal.
5. Reinstall the ground lug to the pedestal using the 7/16 in
wrench and the two screws you removed.
6. Route the remaining service wiring through the opening
in the front of the pedestal.
7. Install lock washers on each of the four 4 in screws.
8. Place the top internal brace on the pedestal and align it
with the two holes at the top of the pedestal.
9. Insert two of the screws into the holes on the top brace
and through the pedestal.
10. Install nylon spacers on the two remaining 4 in screws.
11. Insert the two 4 in screws with spacers through the
bottom two holes in the pedestal.
12. Slowly lift the CMK into position with the slot at the
bottom of the CMK sliding onto the knob at the bottom
of the pedestal.
Note: The ropes will rise as the weights inside the CMK
lower. Guide the ropes to the top as you slowly lift the
CMK.
