Overview of the PoE Converter Power Supply Unit
The PoE converter power supply supports online insertion feature. The PoE converter power supply does
not support online removal.
The optional PoE converter PSU slots come with factory-installed fillers. You must remove them to
install the PoE converter power supplies.
Note If using only one PoE converter power supply, you must install the PoE converter power supply in PoE
slot 0.
Figure 5-45 shows the location of the PoE converter power supply slots located behind the bezel and fan
tray.
