What to do if Crestron Pyng cannot establish a connection from an iPad or web XPanel, but the device communicates in Crestron Toolbox?

If you can't connect to Crestron Pyng from an iPad or web XPanel, but the device communicates in Crestron Toolbox, it might be because SSL was enabled after a firmware update or system restore. To fix this, use Crestron Toolbox to check if SSL is enabled. If it is, disable it. You can do this by issuing the SSL command in the Text Console (followed by the restore command) or by unchecking the SSL box under Functions > SSL Management in the System Info dialog box.
