 Function Explanation

The ImmediateInput instruction is used for refreshing external input point status to %IX0.0~%IX0.15.
If the ImmediateInput instruction does not exist, the controller refreshes external input point status
to %IX0.0~%IX0.15 once only every time the program scan starts.

The Input parameter value 0~15 corresponds to %IX0.0~%IX0.15. Num represents the quantity of
consecutive devices starting from the one specified by Input. E.g. when Input value is 0 and Num is
2, it indicates that the external input point status is refreshed to %IX0.0 and %IX0.1.
 Precautions for Correct Use

The instruction is only used for the immediate refresh of local input points instead of extension input
points.
