1.5.2 Tare Value Exchange
There are two ways to subtract tare weight exchange in Weighing Mode and Counting Mode, Tare Accumulation and Tare
Subtraction. To enable this function, SPEC 29 bit 1 and bit 0must set to "0" in advance.
