WASHER PUMP MOTOR -
EXPORT
REMOVAL
(1) Remove the right front wheel and tire (Refer to
22 - TIRES/WHEELS - REMOVAL).
(2) Remove the right headlamp access panel.
(3) Disconnect the washer pump electrical connec-
tor.
(4) Disconnect the washer pump hose and remove
the pump from the reservoir.
INSTALLATION
(1) Install the washer pump into the lower reser-
voir.
(2) Connect the washer hose and the electrical con-
nector to the washer pump.
(3) Install the right headlamp access panel.
(4) Install the right wheel and tire assembly (Refer
to 22 - TIRES/WHEELS - INSTALLATION).
(5) Operate the windshield washer and check for
leaks. Repair as necessary.
HEADLAMP WASHER
RESERVOIR - EXPORT
REMOVAL
REMOVAL - LOWER RESERVOIR
(1) Remove the front bumper reinforcement (Refer
to 13 - FRAME & BUMPERS/BUMPERS/FRONT
BUMPER REINFORCEMENT - REMOVAL).
(2) Remove right front tire (Refer to 22 - TIRES/
WHEELS - REMOVAL).
(3) Remove the right front brake vent tube.
(4) Disconnect the windshield washer pump, head-
lamp washer pump, and horn electrical connectors
(Fig. 12) and (Fig. 13).
(5) Disconnect the breather hose.
(6) Disconnect the lower reservoir supply hose
(Fig. 12).
(7) Remove the upper mounting bolts (Fig. 13).
(8) Remove the lower mounting bolt and remove
the lower reservoir.
