Selecting one of the options provides access to the specied le types which can be uploaded
from, or downloaded to the USB memory stick. The specied le type can also be deleted from
the controller’s local memory.
The following examples demonstrate the transferring of job les. The process for transferring
other le types follows the same process.
Transfer from USB
To transfer job les from the USB memory stick to the controller’s local memory, press the
‘Transfer from USB’ button.
Tools > Data Management > Job > Transfer from USB

The les available on the USB memory stick are displayed. Select the les to be transferred,
and can be used to select/deslect the complete list. Press to begin the transfer.

All les associated with the ‘Job’ le, for example font and calendar les, will also be transferred
to the controller’s local memory.
