Selecting one of the options provides access to the specied le types which can be uploaded
from, or downloaded to the USB memory stick. The specied le type can also be deleted from
the controller’s local memory.
The following examples demonstrate the transferring of job les. The process for transferring
other le types follows the same process.
 Transfer from USB
To transfer job les from the USB memory stick to the controller’s local memory, press the
‘Transfer from USB’ button.

The les available on the USB memory stick are displayed. Select the les to be transferred,
and can be used to select/deslect the complete list. Press to begin the transfer.

All les associated with the ‘Job’ le, for example font and calendar les, will also be transferred
to the controller’s local memory.
