User Proles
Three precongured user proles are available, each user prole having access and the ability
to modify a set of system and printer settings.
• The default ‘Operator’ prole is limited to accessing ‘Information’, ‘Print Adjust’ and ‘Job
Select’ screens
• The ‘Supervisor’ prole additionally has access to most system settings
• Full access to the complete system settings is available to ‘Administrators’. Administrators
are also able to change passwords and create, edit and delete user proles.
Login
From the ‘Home’ screen.
Tools > Select Prole
Select Profile
Administrator Operator Supervisor
If the prole is password protected, enter the password followed by the button. The default
password for the ‘Administrator’ prole is ‘0000’.
