5.7 Adjusting the stitch length/bottom feed
Bottom feed and stitch length are adapted to one another.
When adjusting the stitch length using the adjusting wheels
on the machine column, the length of the bottom feed is
automatically adapted.
5.7.1 Adjusting the stitch length
The stitch length can be adjusted by turning the adjusting wheel (2)
continuously between 1 and 4 mm. The adjusting mark (1) on the
left of the wheel indicates the stitch length selected.

1. Turn the adjusting wheel (2):
• T
o increase the stitch length:
Turn the adjusting wheel counterclockwise.
• T
o reduce the stitch length:
Turn the adjusting wheel clockwise.
