Leaks/blockages
Leaks or blockages in tubes or valves. Perform leak
check and flow check and repair any leaks/blockages.
Faulty calibration source
Ensure calibration gas is plumbed correctly, is not
contaminated, has no leaks and is a NATA/NIST
reference gas.
Hardware fault
Faulty optical bench or ozone generator.
Zero drift
No flow
Check sample flow.
Faulty zero air
Ensure zero air source is not overly polluted.
Leak
Perform leak test.
A/D conversion error
Temperature/pressure
error
Replace main PCB.
