CAUTION
DO NOT use the display unit iDT-002 for different purposes. The display unit iDT-002 is designed to
operate and provide a status indication of the STP turbomolecular pump. Use the display unit only
for the pump models specified in this manual.
CAUTION
DO NOT modify the display unit iDT-002. Doing so may result in electric shock or product damage.
3.1 Unpackaging
Check the outer package that has not severe damage and that the delivery note corresponds to the
purchase order.
Note: It is recommended to keep the packaging materials, such as the corrugated fiberboard
container and the cushioning materials, to reuse. If the display unit is damaged, return it in its
original package and contact Edwards or their distributor.
3.2 Connectable display unit iDT-002
The display unit iDT-002 can connect to all the STP pumps with integrated controllers.
