4.3.2 STP pump starting operation
Press the "START" switch on the front panel to start and accelerate the STP pump. The STP pump
can be accelerated again even while it is stopping. However, when the rotation operation is under
failure detection, that is invalid. The operation from the serial port, which is not set as input operation
port is invalid. In this case, "Invalid START" is displayed for approximately 2 seconds.
4.3.3 STP pump stopping operation
Press the "STOP" switch on the front panel to decelerate and stop the STP pump. The operation
from the serial port, which is not set as input operation port, is invalid. In this case, "Invalid STOP" is
displayed for approximately 2 seconds.
4.3.4 Failure reset operation
A safety function runs when an abnormality/error occurs in the STP pump or peripheral equipment.
To restart the STP pump, remove the cause of the abnormality/error after the "BRAKE" LED
extinguishes and press the "RESET" switch. The "FAILURE" LED extinguishes, and the safety
function is released (RESET operation). Then, press the "START" switch. For the safety functions
and troubleshooting, see Section 7, "Safety Functions," in the STP pump Instruction Manual. The
operation from the serial port, which is not set as input operation port, is invalid. In this case, "Invalid
RESET" is displayed for approximately 2 seconds.
Note: When a display unit iDT-002 detects a communication error, the operation of the STP pump
is invalid.
