4.8 Manual operation setting
Setting the TMS function "DISABLE" allows controlling the TMS heater and TMS water valve output
manually. When this function is set to "ENABLE," the display unit iDT-002 cannot be operated
manually.
Setting the vent valve function "DISABLE" allows controlling the vent valve output manually. When
this function is set to "ENABLE," the display unit iDT-002 cannot be operated manually.
4.8.1 TMS function setting and vent valve function setting
Refer to Section 4.7, "Parameter set mode," to set the TMS function and vent valve function
"DISABLE”.
4.8.2 Operating method
See Figure 23.
1. Press the "DOWN" and "SELECT" switches simultaneously to enter the Manual Operation Mode
while the Operation Mode is displayed.
When entering the Manual Operation Mode, the TMS heater output, TMS water valve output,
and vent valve output turn OFF temporally.
2. Immediately after entering the Manual Operation Mode, the TMS heater output operation screen
is displayed. Press the "UP" switch, and then the LCD shows "TMS Heater ON," and the TMS
heater output turns "ON”. Press the "DOWN" switch, and then the LCD shows "TMS Heater
OFF," and the TMS heater output turns "OFF”. When the TMS function is set to "ENABLE," the
LCD displays "TMS Heater Auto" and cannot be operated manually.
3. Press the "SELECT" switch when the TMS heater output operation screen is displayed to move
to the TMS water valve output operation screen.
Press the "UP" switch, and then the LCD shows "TMS Valve Open," and the TMS water valve
output turns "ON”. Press the "DOWN" switch, and then the LCD shows "TMS Valve Close," and
the TMS water valve output turns "OFF”. When the TMS function is set to "ENABLE," the display
unit iDT-002 displays "TMS Valve Auto" and cannot be operated manually.
4. Press the "SELECT" switch on the TMS water valve output operation screen to display the vent
valve output operation screen. Press the "UP" switch to display "Vent Valve Open," and the Vent
valve output turns "ON”. Press the "DOWN" switch to display "Vent Valve Close," and the Vent
valve output turns "OFF”. When the TMS function is set to "ENABLE," the display unit iDT-002
displays "Vent Valve Auto" and cannot be operated manually.
5. Press the "SELECT" switch in the Vent Valve operation to return to the Operation Mode.
At this time, the TMS heater output turns OFF, the TMS water valve output turns ON, and the
vent valve output turns OFF automatically.
