4.7.11 Warning function setting
Refer to Section 7, "SAFETY FUNCTIONS" in the STP pump Instruction Manual for the detail of the
"WARNING" function.
1. Warn. 1st Damage
That can set Enable/Disable a warning function for damage of the touchdown bearing. When setting
to "ENABLE" and the damage of the touchdown bearing exceeds the setting value, a warning
message is displayed.
2. Warn. Imbalance
That can set Enable/Disable an Imbalance warning function.
When setting to "ENABLE" and the Imbalance of the rotor exceeds the setting value, a warning
message is displayed.
3. Warn. Pump Time
That can set Enable/Disable a warning function of the pump operation hours.
When setting to "ENABLE" and the operation hours exceeds the setting value, the warning message
is displayed.
4. Pump RunTime Set
Set the warning function of the pump operation hours in units of 100 hours.
5. Warn. Overload
That can set Enable/Disable an overload warning function of the pump.
When setting "ENABLE" and the state for the motor current of the STP pump continues exceeding or
the rotational speed dropping below the setting value in a NORMAL state, a warning message is
displayed.
6. Current Rate Set
That can set a motor current value for the overload warning function of the pump.
The rated value (max. current) is 100 %. It can be set from 0.0 to 100.0 %. A smaller setting value is
more likely to cause "WARNING" because the warning occurs if the pump would become overloaded
and the motor current would exceed the set value.
7. Speed Rate Set
That can set a rotational speed value for running the overload warning function of the STP pump.
The rated speed is as 100 %. It can be set from 0.0 to 100.0 %. A larger setting value is more likely
to cause "WARNING" because the warning occurs if the pump would become overloaded and the
rotational speed would drop below the set value.
