6.2 Loading and inserting basket holder
The cleaning machine is equipped with a basket holder at the
factory.
Note the following instructions before operation of the basket
holder in order to prevent damage to the product to be cleaned
and cleaning machine.
Only use the original Elma basket holder.
The maximum load weight of the basket holder is 100 grams.
Do not clean parts or clean off dirt particles whose diameter is
smaller than 0.355 mm!
Open the cover of the cleaning chamber by slightly lifting the
snap connector at the front end of the cover handle
(Fig. 3.7.1.A1).
The basket holder mounting shaft is only placed in the coupling
of the basket holder (locking by engaging in a ball gripper).
Remove the basket holder by pulling upwards.
Press the basket holder locking down (Fig. 6.2.1.A1) and
simultaneously turn (Fig. 6.2.1.A2) anticlockwise to open the
basket holder (bayonet connection).
The individual basket inserts (Fig. 6.2.2.B) can now be removed
from the basket holder (Fig. 6.2.2.C).
