There are four blocks of counters:
Ingress 1..2047
Ingress 2048..4094
Egress 1..2047
Egress 2048..4094
No more than two blocks can be enabled simultaneously. If qos statistics mode (qos
statistics interface) is enabled, only one block of counters can be enabled at the same
time.
Only two counters can be used for each VLAN in one direction (rx or tx): frames and
packets without distinction on multicast/unicast/broadcast
