5.3 Disposal instructions for packaging
All packaging materials are environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable:
• Measuring device secondary packaging: polymer stretch film that conforms to EC Directive
2002/95/EC (RoHS).
• Packaging:
– Wood crate, treated in accordance with ISPM 15 standard, which is confirmed by the affixed
IPPC logo.
or
– Carton in accordance with European Packaging Directive 94/62EC; recyclability is confirmed
by the affixed RESY symbol.
• Seaworthy packaging (optional): Wood crate, treated in accordance with ISPM 15 standard, which
is confirmed by the affixed IPPC logo.
• Carrying and mounting hardware:
– Disposable plastic pallet
– Plastic straps
– Plastic adhesive strips
• Dunnage: Paper cushion
