Fault code Description
54 Service interval passed
The service interval for changing the contact tip has passed.
Action: Replace contact tip.
60 Communication error
The system's internal CAN-bus has temporarily stopped working due to the
load being too high. The current welding process stops.
Action: Check that all the equipment is correctly connected. Turn off the
mains power supply to reset the unit. If the error persists, send for a service
technician.
64 Measurement value limit passed
The measurement values have exceeded their limits.
Action: Check that the limit is correctly set as well as the quality of the weld.
70 Current measurement value limit passed
The current measurement values have exceeded their limits.
Action: Check that the current limit is correctly set as well as the quality of
the joint.
71 Voltage measurement value limit passed
The voltage measurement values have exceeded their limits.
Action: Check that the voltage limit is correctly set as well as the quality of
the joint.
72 Power measurement value limit passed
The power measurement values have exceeded their limits.
Action: Check that the power limit is correctly set as well as the quality of
the joint.
73 WF current measurement value limit passed
The WF current measurement values have exceeded their limits.
Action: Check that the WF current limit is correctly set as well as the quality
of the joint.

Main menu → Tools → Export/Import
In the Export/Import menu, it is possible to transfer information to and from the control panel
via a USB memory.
The following information can be transferred:
