6.4. Program Selection
1. Get the Operation Mode Selection screen.
Press either the OPER./START key on the operating panel or the chamber operating status
box on the screen.
2. Get the program and start step selection mode.
Press the PGM No. button under PGM Selection.
3. Input the No. of program to run.
4. Select a start step.
Press the Step No. box. A keypad is laid over the screen to enable input. Make your input
from there.
