3. Set the sampling cycle.
This cycle determines at what interval data for the trend data is to be sampled.
Cycle : Sets sampling cycle. Selectable from 1 sec, 3-
sec, 1 min or 5 min.
Max. Rec. Time : Displays the maximum amount of data that can
be stored at the Cycle setting at left.
4. Turn sampling control ON/OFF as needed.
To clear sampled data, press the Clear box.
ON (Resume) : Starts (Resumes) trend data sampling.
OFF : Stops trend data sampling.
* It is recommended to turn sampling control OFF when finished sampling data. Existing data is
overwritten when the Max. Rec. Time is exceeded.
5.5. Protection
1. Get the chamber setup mode.
Press the Chamber Setup box on the main menu.
