5.8. Alarm Report View
1. Get the chamber setup mode.
Press the Chamber Setup box on the main menu.
TEMP.
2. Press the Alarm Report box on the Chamber Setup screen.
No. : Displays the No. (1 ~ 100) assigned to each
alarm.
Type : Displays an alarm as “Alarm:.
Alarm : Displays the name of the alarm.
When Occurred : Displays the date and time when the alarm
occurred.

: Display the previous/next page respectively.
* Ten alarms are displayed per page in the order of the most recent first (from bottom to top).
* Storage capacity is 100 alarms. When the storage capacity is exceeded, alarms are deleted
in the order of the oldest first.
