Connecting the cables to the plugs/sockets
CAUTION
The position of the pins on the plugs is differ-
ent from that on the sockets.
•
The connections of the input and output
stages have been designed as sockets.
•
The connections of the operating voltage
have been designed as plugs.
Please refer to the following chapters for the
pin assignment.
When you have selected suitable cables, con-
nect these according to steps 1...7 below.
1. Open the plugs/sockets as follows
(see diagram):
• Power supply socket:
Insert the power supply socket into the
operating voltage connection on the valve
terminal. Unscrew the housing of the
socket, then remove the connection part of
the socket which you have inserted into
the operating voltage connection.
• Sensor plug:
Unscrew the centre knurled nut.
