Please note
If the operating voltage for the SPC11 is switched off:
– No input data (position information) w ill be sent to the
AS-Interface master. The SPC11 cannot send position
information because the measuring system is also with-
out power.
– If the operating voltage for the SPC11 is switched off, the
proportional directional control valve type MPYE-... will
move to the mechanical mid-position. Due to the asym-
metrical voltage-pressure curve of the proportional
directional control valve when the supply pressure is
switched on, the slide can move slowly into one of the
end positions.
The electronics of the SPC11 required for the A S-Interface
bus communication are supplied with operating voltage via
the AS-Interface bus connection marked with “Bus.”
If the operating voltage is swi tched off, the SPC11 will assume
the reset status (AS-Interface communication reset). The
SPC11 no longer par ticipates in the A S-Interface communica-
tion until the operating voltage is switched on again.
The diagram below shows the pin assignment of the AS-Inter-
face bus connection marked with “Bus” and of the operating
voltage connection marked with “24 V DC.”
