7 Specification Limits / Offset value
Having the specification limits enabled allows for a simple and quick deter-
mination, whether the measurements are within specification limits. The
violation of the set limit values will signaled as follow:
7.1 Setting the specification limits/offset value
Depending on the active measuring mode, the following settings can be
made:
Signal LED Signal / Display Meaning
red
2 short signals /
Reading has violated the upper
specification limit.
red
2 short signals /
Reading has violated the lower speci-
fication limit.
green 1 short signal /
reading
Reading is between the specification
limit values

MIN: lower limit value
MAX: upper limit value
OFFS: offset value
subtracted from reading

MIN: lower limit value
Default setting: 320 µm
