Assembling the steering rack

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Using a mallet, tap parts 9 & 10 into the slots on part 11.

Note the part orientation

2. Secure parts 9 & 10 using screws.

‒ Use 1 screw per part.

‒ Total of 2 locations, 2 screws.

3. Using a mallet, tap part 12 into the tab connections on

parts 9 & 10.

Note the part 12 orientation – the gear teeth should point in the same direction.

4. Secure part 12 to the assembly using screws.

‒ Use 2 screws.

‒ Total of 2 locations.
