Part 6 Install the gas & brake cables
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Loop 4 zip ties through the holes located on

‒ Loosely tighten the zip ties, leaving a large loop so later,
the cables can slide through easily.
Note the locations of the zip ties.
2. Loop 2 zip ties through the holes located

‒ Loosely tighten the nylon cable ties, leaving a large loop
so later, the cables can slide through easily.
Note the locations of the zip ties.
3. Run the red cable on the left side of the go‑kart
‒ Through the interior of
2
‒ through zip ties located on part 13 and then
‒ through the hole located on the left side of part 17.
Note the location and direction of the red cable. Be sure to seat the red cable in
the notches located on part 19 of
3
.
4. Continue to run the red cable on the left side of
the go‑kart
‒ Through the cable ties located on
9
,
‒ through the slots located on part 40 & 43,
‒ and into the brake caliper assembly.
Note path of the red cable.
5. Run the green cable on the right side of the go‑kart
‒ Through the interior of

and then
‒ through the cable ties located on
2
and then
‒ through the hole located on the right side of part 17.
Note the location and direction of the green cable. Be sure to seat the
green cable in the notches located on part 17 of
