Assembling the gas & the brake pedals

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Insert and hammer into place the bushings into parts

‒ Part 36

‒ Part 37

‒ Part 38

‒ Part 39

Note the part orientation. The nal 2 assemblies are mirror images of each other.

2. Using a mallet, tap parts 36 & 37 into the slots on part 34.

Note part location and orientation of parts 36-37. Be sure to square the parts.

3. Secure parts 34, 36 & 37 using screws.

‒ Use 2 screws per part & per side.

‒ Total of 4 locations, 4 screws.

4. Repeat step 2 using parts 35, 38 & 39.

Note part location and orientation of parts 36-37. Be sure to square the parts.

5. Secure parts 35, 38 & 39 using screws.

‒ Use 2 screws per part & per side.

‒ Total of 4 locations, 4 screws.
