6. Continue to run green cable on the right side of
the go‑kart
‒ Through the cable ties located on

‒ through the slots located on part 40 & 43,
‒ and leave slack to secure to the engine later.
Note path of the red cable.
7. Secure the nylon cable ties by tightening them.
8. Use the needle nose pliers to clip any excess
cable tie material.
9. Feed the brake control cable through the hole located in
the

and into the red cable.
Note path of the brake control cable through the brake pedal.
10. Fish the brake control cable through the red cable all the
way to the end.
11. Feed the brake control cable through a washer into the
tting located on the brake.
Note path of the brake control cable through the brake caliper.
12. Secure the control cable in place using a small wrench or
pliers.
13. Test brake pedal to ensure proper movement of brake.
