7. General Settings Menu
7.1 Settings Menu Navigation
Under Settings, the user can customize a variety of features.
1. Press OK to open the Main Menu.
2. Scroll to the Settings
icon and press OK to open the Settings menu.
3. Use the arrow buttons to scroll the options and press OK on a menu item to open
it.
4. Use the
button to exit screens and to return to the normal mode.
5. A menu overview is presented in Fig. 7.1 below. Detailed instructions are provided
in the sections that follow.
Measurement parameters >
Set Emissivity
Set Reflected temp.
Set Atmospheric temp.
Save option >
Select YES to save a digital image with each thermal image.
Device settings (below)
Language
Select desired display language.
Date and Time
Set calendar clock.
Date Format
Set year, month, and day format and 12/24 clock mode.
Temperature units
Set degrees C/F.
Auto Power Off (APO)
Set meter and worklight APO time.
Bluetooth
Set ON/OFF.
Screen Brightness
Set low, medium, or high.
Log Sampling Rate
Data logger capture rate (1 to 100 seconds).
Information (below)
System Information
View model and serial number, software/firmware versions,
battery status (% power), and more.
Reset options
Revert to factory default settings/Format internal memory.
