4.7.2 Intelligent curing mode
Intelligent curing mode is supply with software. Customer can choose different curing modes
for special quality.
It depends on the software to set the shutter opening and closing to achieve the function.
For more detail, please refer to 6.4.6.5
4.7.3 Two level power
The power was divided into two levels, which is selectable for different media by customer.
For the soft media like film which will be change easily with high temperature, low power
mode is better.
The high power is always used for glass or other rigid media like that.
4.7.4 UV lamp auto-shutoff function
The function is also a protection system.
When the carriage stays at the home position more than 2 minutes, the system will shut off
the high power mode automatically, and shut off the lower power when it is over half an hour.
During printing, unexpected stopping of the carriage happened. The UV lamp will shut off in
15 seconds avoiding burning the media and causing fire disaster.
4.8 Auto-cleaning system
Auto cleaning system allows the print head auto wiping controlled by software, which makes
the print head cleaning much more simple and timesaving. During printing, also can set up the auto
cleaning time, which will decrease the labor cost during successive printing, whilst heighten the
stability of time-unlimited printing.
