DIAGNOSTICS
On manually controlled tilt cylinders:
Cab cannot be tilted
Check the position of latch on the tilt
cylinder. It shall be on the tilt direction.
• Tilt cylinder is also serves as the hydraulic
oil tank.
Open the cover a er cleaning the
surroundings of the upper cover. Check
with your fi nger, your fi nger shall touch the
oil.
• Check for oil leaks through the tilt
cylinder, hoses, li hydraulic line.
• Please visit a Ford Trucks authorized
dealership if the fault persists.
On power cab tilt cylinders:
Cab cannot be tilted
• Check the position of latch on the tilt
• cylinder. It shall be on the tilt direction.
• Check the fuse of the tilt cylinder.
• Check for oil leaks through the tilt
cylinder, hoses, li hydraulic line.
• Please visit a Ford Trucks authorized
dealership if the fault persists.
Air defl ector
The air defl ector of your vehicle may be
adjusted for fuel economy as per di erent
trailer dimensions.
To adjust it,
A er removing the adjustment bolt (1),
it may be pushed and brought back by
holding from the handle (2) to the hole
with the desired height using the holes on
the bracket (shown with an arrow).
Installation is complete when adjustment
bolt is inserted through the desired hole on
the bracket.
