Below are character sets 1 and 2 of Code Page 437,
available in the DPL24C PLUS command set and
the IBM Proprinter XL24E emulation. Characters
enclosed in boxes differ for sets 1 and 2.
Characters in set 2 also vary with the national character set.
Code Page 437 is for the USA character set.
