Synex Controls warrants that it will replace or repair any ModSync components or
part thereof which is found defective in workmanship or material within one year
from the factory shipment date. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties,
expressed or implied, and Synex Controls specifically disclaims any and all
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall
Synex Controls, and/or its authorized Representatives, affiliated or subsidiary
companies be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages. Liability by
Synex Controls shall be limited to replacement or repair of the ModSync or
associated ModSync components only.
Returns Process
Please contact Fulton at 315-298-8510 before shipping back any parts for
testing/warranty verification. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and
form must be obtained by emailing returns@fulton.com with the ModSync or boiler
serial number(s) before any returns will be accepted.
