6.4.2 Additional Acknowledgment or Selection by the User
Depending on the configuration settings of a GAT Access 6100, the user may be requested to additionally press the
acknowledge key after the data carrier is read. In this case the terminal displays the text as shown in Figure 6.6, the
4-segment LED display flashes green and two acoustic signals are emitted.

The user must press one of the four keys below the display to gain access, otherwise access is denied.
6.4.3 Problem when Writing to the Data Carrier
If there was a problem when writing to the data carrier (e.g., with the Locker Check-In function), a GAT Access 6100
will show the following message (Figure 6.7). Reasons for this error may be that the data carrier was held not long
enough in front of the scan field or the data carrier is damaged.
