CAUTION!
The free wheel of the gear wheel (Z20) must be directing towards the driving shaft.
9 Remount the sandwich plate with gear.
CAUTION!
Secure all screws with Loctite 270.
10 Attach the guard plate [4] using M4 screws and the washer [3] with
a torque of 2.8 Nm and Loctite 270.
Reassemble
11 Attach the emergency drive [2] and screw in the plastic washer [1] using M3 screws, with a torque of
0.75 Nm and Loctite 270.
12 Reassemble the emergency drive in reverse order.
Reassemble
13 Check the rotating direction of the hand crank.
▶ Rotating direction must be counterclockwise.
14 Carry out a complete inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
u Emergency drive lubricated and rotation direction is counterclockwise.
u Inspection after repair has been carried out.
