Hoist and slings (Figure 2.6)
Important warnings if the machine is
suspended using slings:
Pass the slings (A) exactly between (B) the
base-frame and the stops welded to the
crossbars (model PB/PBP51, X20).
The machine’s control panel needs to be
dismantled.
To do so:
 Remove the left-hand side cover.
 Remove the top cover of the left-hand
base-frame.
 Remove the bolts securing the control
panel to the machine.
CAUTION!
Make sure the sling is placed in the proper
position, otherwise it could damage the
machine’s manual gas inlet valve.
It is essential to use a beam (Fig. 2.6) that
prevents damage to the feeding trays, the
folder output trays and rear covers.

 In models PB32, X13 the bolts securing the machine
to the base of the crate need to be used to perform
the function of the welded stops. (Fig. 2.7).
