FACTORY FUNCTIONS AND FACTORY RESET
FACTORY FUNCTIONS
To check the functions of GXP2200 LED, LCD, Keyboard and Audio, open the GXP2200 onscreen
MENU->Diagnosis to perform the diagnosis when troubleshooting the device. Tap on the option and
follow the instructions on each to perform:
 LCD Diagnosis
 LCD Off
 Keypad Diagnosis
 Touch Screen Diagnosis
 LED Diagnosis
 BLF Expansion Board Diagnosis
 Audio Loopback
RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT VIA LCD MENU
Warning:
Restoring the Factory Default Settings will delete all configuration information on the phone. Please
backup or print all the settings before you restore to the factory default settings. Grandstream is not
responsible for restoring lost parameters and cannot connect your device to your VoIP service provider.
There are two methods to restore the GXP2200 to the factory default settings.
1. On GXP2200 idle screen, press MENU button and tap on Settings. Or go to onscreen
MENU->Settings;
2. Tap on Advanced Settings->Factory Reset, the following figure will show;
