The CE6000 is not detected
with the USB port of PC.
Conrm the CE6000 is
not detected with other
USB cable.
Conrm the CE6000 is
not detected with other

The USB port of CE6000
is defective.
Replace the main board.
The E01009 or E01010
error is displayed.
The CPU of main board
is not running correctly.
Replace the main board.
The LCD is displayed
darkly.
Conrm the power was
not turned on when the
temperature of CE6000
was not warm.
The LCD will not display
correctly when the
temperature of CE6000
was not warm.
Wait until the

Replace the main board.

heavy.
The media can not feed
when the media is too
heavy.
Use the pre-feed
function.

stopper is released.
